    Set up and coordinate the efficient control of inventory goods and parts used by the company in the manufacture of products, ensuring the timely delivery of all materials required to meet production schedules. Set up and maintain daily cycle count program. Provide accurate and timely inventory reports.

    Responsibilities

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    1. Coordinate the timely processing of all incoming material for the manufacture of materials used in the production process, determining lot sizes and daily release times dates of material and kits while ensuring material availability to meet production schedules. Organizing of all materials, goods and used during the manufacturing process. Ensuring availability of goods required to meet production schedules while maintaining optimum inventory accuracy through periodic inventory events and a cycle counting program.

     

    1. Participate in daily stand up meetings to set priorities, schedule and plan for release and /or storage of materials and parts to support daily manufacturing production schedules through Kan-Ban systems and through coordination with production planners, Team Leaders, support staff and suppliers.

     

    1. Facilitate the implementation of modified or revised parts, specifically timing and disposition of on-hand quantities. Ensuring all part numbers and kits are accurate.

     

    1. Maintain a master file system in Oracle of inventory and production requirements,

     

    1. Adherence to safety rules, company policies and procedures.

     

    1. Maintain effective liaison with all departments.

     

    Qualifications

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

     

     

    Associate's and 6‑8 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to be proficient in the areas below.

    Must be fluent in the use of Oracle

    Self-motivator,

    Strong communication skills

    Time management skills

    Ability to lift 25 lbs.
