    • J-Standard and Board Re-work certified
    • Perform processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools.
    • Follow established procedures to complete operations necessary to build flexible cable assemblies, and/or rigid tube and cable assemblies including making bulk cable, cutting and stripping wire, potting, crimping, cleaning and marking.
    • Clean and prepare parts for paint.
    • Inspect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
    • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
    • Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
    • Order materials and complete proper documentation.
    • Must have the ability to conduct quality inspection of own work and follow quality standards.


    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required


    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:

    • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
    • Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time
    • Ability to work with a microscope for long periods of time
    • Ability to interpret visual aids
    • Basic Math principles
    • Familiarity with assembly and measurement tools
    • Basic computer/PC understanding and abilities.
