    ESA is seeking a highly technical Systems Engineering Integration lab manager with 5+ years of relevant experience in support of PSHLS surveillance products. Candidate must have demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage all resources associated with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) lab equipment. The SEI lab manager is responsible for the operations and performance which includes ensuring that lab resources are well documented and ready to support current and new business development efforts. The SEI manager will ensure that best systems engineering practices are applied to ensure the lab support will result in a high degree of customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to complete DHS background investigation required
    • Full ownership of and responsibility for the configuration, readiness, and organization of all PSHLS SILs (two currently in Fort Worth, TX and one currently in Marana, AZ)
      • Act as Gatekeeper for modifications to the SIL SW, HW, and IT configurations
      • Communicate all changes to the team so all are aware
      • Occasional travel to Marana to keep SIL up to date and ready
      • As-needed travel for high importance demonstrations or marketing activities
      • Maintain lab operational standing at all times
    • Ability to manage multiple IT configurations across all deployed IFT AORs and demonstration environments
      • Maintain awareness of new installations of IT equipment as new AORs are built
      • Configure networking equipment such as routers and switches
      • Configure video wall hardware and software
      • Configure server computing resources primarily in Virtual Machine environments
      • Configure client computing resources primarily in desktop workstation environments
      • Manage COTS software licenses (Microsoft Office, Milestone VMS, etc.)
      • Document all installations and configurations including IP addresses, subnets, gateways, etc.
      • Managing the connection between FW, Marana, and Reston
      • Assist in timely resolution of all systems, software, software test team concerns and issues with the above
    • Ability to manage multiple software configurations across all deployed IFT AORs and demonstration environments
      • Install software received from development team, configure software for use, handoff to test team
      • Software configurations consist of multiple client application, server application, and driver CSCIs
      • Multiple baselines depending on Standard Definition or High Definition sensors
      • Multiple baselines depending on capability maturity for IRAD or otherwise
      • Document all installations and configurations
      • Assist in timely resolution of all systems, software, software test team concerns and issues with the above
    • Ability to manage multiple hardware configurations across all deployed IFT AORs and demonstration environments
      • Installing and configuring different camera baselines (deployed assets, trial assets) and assist with evaluation and characterization setup
      • Installing and configuring different radar baselines (deployed assets, trial assets)
      • Coordinating installation of and configuring video encoders, radios, video emulators, etc.
      • Coordinating installation of new sensor types on the ESA platform, Marana monopole or IFT towers
      • Maintaining awareness of portable or relocatable tower solutions and their interconnects
      • Assist in timely resolution of all systems, software, software test team concerns and issues with the above
    • Support of demonstrations on as needed basis for wide variety of visitors
      • Help establish the demonstration scope
      • Coordinate demonstration readiness
      • Keep SIL organized and ready for presentation at a moment’s notice
      • Assist in creation of demonstration materials

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of technical lab management
    • Certified on Cisco Routers and Switches
    • Windows Server 2008/2012
    • Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013
    • Network architecture/design
    • Active Directory Domain Services
    • Backup redundancy
    • Windows Deployment Services
    • Windows Admin
    • Project+ certified
    • Network+ certified
    • Basic understanding of cameras and radars configuration and operations
    • Certified IT professional, Bachelor's Degree is preferred

    • Must be able to obtain a DHS BI and DoD Clearance
