    Scope: The Program Manager works with the Contracts Department directs and manages Operations activities, Engineering and Quality in assuring customer contractual requirements of delivery and quality for an FMF product are achieved.



    Responsibilities & Tasks:


    • Work with Contracts Department direct and manage Operations, Engineering and Quality to assure customer contractual requirements of delivery and quality are achieved.
    • Be the liaison between Program Office and Operations, including delivery schedule coordination, shipping and invoicing.
    • Manage and direct proposals to include: WBS, SOW, BOB, kick-offs, upper management cost/price briefings.
    • Interface with the customer to provide status and support program related requests.
    • Track and forecast new business contacts and sales.
    • Participate in new business development efforts.
    • Actively manage and resolve barriers, both internal and external, that may interfere with meeting customer requirements.
    • Develop and provide program status reports as needed or requested.
    • Program milestone completion monitoring, tracking and reporting.
    • FMF guidelines and regulation compliance
    • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.


    Education: Master degree preferred.


    Experience Required:

    Functional (Using Skill Set): 5-10 years

    Management: 3-5 years

    Industry: 5-10 years


    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required (Unique and Measurable): 

      • Strong understanding of program life cycle and major activities involved in managing Proposals and follow-on production program.
      • Ability to manage technical aspects of assigned program is a must.
      • Proven knowledge in transition of Programs from Israeli companies is a must.
      • Capability of bridging cultural differences is necessary.
      • Significant experience with the FMF regulations and guidelines is necessary.
      • Experience in managing different types of FMF programs through their contractual channels in reference to IMOD and ESL and export compliance requirements is necessary.
      • Strong written and verbal skills are necessary.      
      • Preparing concise briefings and presenting to diverse audiences.
      • Ability to bring together a team operating in an IPT environment is necessary.
      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with demanding customers and foreign personnel on a daily basis.
      • Familiarity with computerized management systems such as ERP and PLM is necessary.
