Scope: The Sales and Contracts Analyst is an entry level position that will work under direct supervision of a Contracts Director and will be involved with and learn activities required for developing and maintaining contracts or subcontracts from proposal development through product/service delivery and then final closeout of the contract. This person will develop skills in contract administration, proposal preparation, sales management and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. The Sales and Contracts Analyst will develop the ability for interpreting terms and conditions and for monitoring performance against contract requirements and obligations.
