    Responsibilities

    • Work with external and internal stakeholders to gather, understand, and document requirements of any given request on projects
    • Support Supply Chain compliance of global supply chain through supplier engagement, communication initiatives, and progress reporting
    • Assist in developing and recommending policy and procedure changes
    • Assist in designing and executing mass communications outreach campaign
    • Create reporting metrics to measure project progress
    • Attend staff meetings and program meetings as required
    • Assist with data cleaning/validation efforts
    • Support special projects, including supplier outreach and engagement activities to gather data.
    • Learn new technical applications used within Aerospace and Defense Industry Supply Chain
    • Assist with training internal personnel on changes and technology applications
    • Coordinate with other functions as needed

    Qualifications

     

    • Must be currently enrolled in Business-related college degree program (Supply chain degree program is preferred)
    • Current GPA is above 3.4
    • Experience in Communications and/or Customer Service is highly preferred
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) skills required
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Experience in a Compliance-related function is preferred
    • Strong problem solving skills, ability to adapt in a quick-paced environment
