The Director Business Development – will use a diverse military background with specific experience in Electronic Warfare Systems with single color and dual color Infra-Red Missile Warning Systems as the primary focus. Additionally, experience in Ultra-Violet Missile Warning Systems, Radar Warning Receivers (RWR), Electronic Protection (EP), Electronic Surveillance (ES), Electronic Support Measures (ESM), Electronic Jamming (EJ) and Electronic Attack (EA) domains of Electronic warfare (EW) is desired.
Using experience from prior service and industry business development leadership positions and an understanding of service doctrine/requirements generating organizations and processes, the Business Development Director will identify, qualify and capture new business for the Airborne Solutions business in the Electronic Warfare Display market segment. Will also work closely with the Program Management team in pursuit of new Electronic Warfare pursuits across multiple EW technologies.
