    • Supervise the preparation and implementation of detailed schedules for production of assigned products and their delivery to customers.
    • Establish completion dates for assembly and fabrication of assigned products, coordinating the timely release of material from floor to manufacturing site and adjustments in production schedules due to raw material availability.
    • Develop lead times to assure smooth and uninterrupted flow of parts and supply items to manufacturing site.
    • Supervise procurement planning, including the ordering, transportation and storage of parts and materials, and the preparation and maintenance of storeroom requisitions.
    • Maintain optimum spare parts inventories and supplies.
    • Maintain optimum inventory levels, including spare parts and supplies.
    • Maintain liaison with interfacing departments and provide updated progress reports and other reports as requested.
    • Select, train and develop subordinates. Assign work for most efficient utilization of personnel, reviewing their activities to assure quality performance. Make appropriate promotion and salary recommendations or terminations.


    A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 4‑6 years related experience to be proficient in the above areas, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
