Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data throughout the Company related to Supply Chain and other functions
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance Department to research purchasing activities
  • Develop an understanding of the interactions of various ERP Systems and how they relate to Supply Chain Management
  • Assist in developing and recommending policy and procedure changes
  • Interact with Supply Chain Buyers to accomplish initiatives as defined by the Purchasing Manager
  • Attend staff meetings and program meetings as required
  • Learn and assist with order fulfillment process
  • Learn and assist with order fulfillment process
  • Work with Supply Chain resources to research, compile and synthesize data
  • Support special projects, including supplier outreach and engagement activities to gather data
  • Support Supply Chain Management team members in development and preparation of review documents and other general administration activities
  • Provide critical data management support and preparing presentations as needed
  • Coordinate with other functions as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in Supply Chain Management college degree program
  • Current GPA of 3.4 or higher
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) skills required
